Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building automation systems and a proven track record of developing and implementing complex automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement building automation systems (BAS) to optimize building performance.
- Program and configure BAS controllers, sensors, and other devices.
- Develop and maintain software applications for monitoring and controlling building systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BAS hardware and software.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in building automation technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building automation programming.
- Experience with BAS platforms such as Tridium, Siemens, or Johnson Controls.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
