Senior Project Manager
Senior Project Manager - Land Development
📍 Raleigh, NC | 💰 $150,000 - $180,000+
We are currently partnered with a rapidly growing, employee-owned engineering consulting firm with more than 1,200 employees across multiple states. As part of their continued investment in North Carolina, they are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager who can play a key role in expanding and shaping their Raleigh land development team.
Ownership is spread broadly throughout the business, creating a collaborative environment where employees at every level have a voice in how the company grows. Through internal thought leadership groups, everyone from executive leadership to production staff contributes ideas that influence the future direction of the business.
The company has built a reputation for putting people first. During economic downturns, they prioritised retaining employees rather than implementing layoffs, and today they continue to invest heavily in growth, career progression, and making compensation more competitive in response to market demand.
