Senior Water/Wastewater PM

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater treatment, conveyance, and infrastructure projects
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring high-quality technical outcomes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, trusted relationships
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff
- Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client engagement

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering and project management
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) required
- Demonstrated success managing complex infrastructure projects and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of treatment processes, distribution/collection systems, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
