What You Will Do
As part of our site/civil team, you will play a key role in delivering thoughtful, efficient, and constructible designs across a wide range of projects. You will be trusted with meaningful responsibility while supported by experienced leadership and a strong internal culture.
Your work will include:
- Designing site and civil engineering solutions using Civil 3D
- Preparing and producing detailed civil construction drawings and plan sets
- Performing grading, drainage, utility, and site layout design
- Supporting projects across commercial, residential, industrial, energy, or K through 12 education markets
- Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and consultants in a fully remote or hybrid setting
- Contributing ideas that improve quality, efficiency, and project outcomes
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a confident and capable civil professional who brings both technical proficiency and a collaborative mindset.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong hands on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent
- P.E Licensure in Michigan (or close to being licensed)
- Proven ability to develop civil designs and produce high quality construction documents
- Experience in site and civil engineering projects, including at least one of the following markets: commercial, residential, industrial, energy, or education/K-12
- A self motivated approach and comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Clear communication skills and a desire to grow professionally
