Position Overview:

We are seeking a Structural Restoration Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. This is a remote role covering the New England region, with a preference for candidates based in Massachusetts or Connecticut. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own schedule, collaborate with a supportive team of engineers across the Northeast, and focus on delivering high-quality restoration solutions - without the pressure of bringing in your own work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage structural restoration projects, with a focus on parking garages (100% of the work).
  • Conduct site visits (typically 2-3 job sites per week) and oversee project execution.
  • Collaborate with other engineers in the Northeast via regular team calls and shared resources.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the company through technical excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • PE license (Professional Engineer) required.
  • Strong experience in structural restoration is essential.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
