The Role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical piping projects-from planning and procurement to execution and handover. You'll coordinate teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure all work meets our high standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mechanical piping projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress, costs, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry codes
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in mechanical contracting, ideally with a focus on piping systems
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent understanding of mechanical drawings, specifications, and piping layouts
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or construction management
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
