Are you a hands-on construction leader with a passion for building mission-critical infrastructure? We're hiring a Travelling Superintendent to oversee the on-site execution of data center construction projects across the United States.
🔍 About the Role:
As a Travelling Superintendent, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for managing field operations, subcontractors, and site safety on high-value, fast-paced data center builds. You'll travel to project sites nationwide, ensuring quality, schedule, and safety standards are met from groundbreaking to commissioning.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all on-site construction activities for large-scale data center projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and daily operations
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Monitor project schedules and proactively resolve field issues
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to ensure alignment
- Conduct quality control inspections and manage punch list completion
✅ What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, with at least 3 years in data center or mission-critical environments
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, structural steel, and high-performance building envelopes
- Proven ability to lead field teams and manage complex schedules
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site for extended durations
- OSHA 30 certification required; First Aid/CPR preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
