Compensation: $140k -$175k

The Role
- Lead and manage wastewater treatment plant design projects from concept through delivery
- Act as a key client contact, developing and maintaining long-term relationships
- Take a lead role in business development, proposals, and presentations
- Provide technical leadership across design, planning, and project execution
- Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and overall delivery performance
- Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team
What You'll Need
- BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- PE licence in North Carolina (or ability to obtain via reciprocity)
- 7-15 years of experience in wastewater and/or water treatment design
- Strong client-facing experience and business development capability
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex infrastructure projects
