Position Overview
This senior-level role is ideal for a technically strong and strategically minded engineer ready to lead water resources and stormwater initiatives. As Technical Lead, you'll guide project teams, mentor junior staff, and play a key role in shaping the firm's technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical execution of H&H modeling, stormwater design, and civil infrastructure projects
  • Provide oversight on project strategy, delivery, and quality assurance
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers within a collaborative team environment
  • Engage with clients, municipalities, and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in water resources or civil infrastructure
  • P.E. license in Illinois or ability to obtain
  • Proficiency in tools such as HEC-RAS, SWMM, Civil 3D, and GIS
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary up to $180,000
