Ideal Candidate:
PE licensed in Texas
6+ years of experience in municipal water/wastewater projects
Proven ability to manage design teams, client relationships, and project delivery
Experience with modelling, permitting, and coordination with public agencies
Strong communication skills and a desire to mentor junior engineers
