Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage statutory planning projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Prepare and assess development applications, planning reports, and statutory documentation.
- Provide expert planning advice to clients, stakeholders, and government authorities.
- Liaise with local councils, state agencies, and community groups to facilitate project approvals.
- Mentor junior planners and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in statutory planning, ideally within a consultancy or local government setting.
- Strong understanding of Western Australian planning legislation and approval processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
