Company Summary: A trusted and reputable building envelope consulting firm is looking to expand in Colorado. The firm specializes in roofing, waterproofing, and exterior envelope systems. As they expand into Colorado, they are seeking a Senior Building Envelope Consultant/Forensic Structural Engineer to serve as their Office Lead for this new region.
This is a remote position based in Colorado, with a 3-month training and on boarding program at one of their West Coast offices to ensure a smooth transition into the role and alignment with company standards and culture.
The Building Enclosure Office Lead will be Responsible for:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and represent the company in the Colorado market
- Oversee construction operations and ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards
- Collaborate with the West Coast-based team to maintain consistency in project delivery and company practices
- Maintain organized project documentation and contribute to business development efforts in the region
The Building Enclosure Office Lead should have the following qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 20+ years of experience in building envelope consulting or construction
- One or more of the following certifications: RRO, REWO, RRC, REWC, RWC or PE, SE
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
