Position Overview
As an Assistant Project Manager in Civil Engineering, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop land development plans for a variety of clients, including those in the commercial, institutional, and energy sectors. Your responsibilities will include designing site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management systems, water quality solutions, and utility infrastructure. You'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle-from initial concept and design through regulatory approvals, bidding, and construction-while engaging with clients, contractors, and local authorities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 5+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering, including site layout, grading, stormwater, and utility design
- E.I.T. or F.E. certification, with interest in pursuing P.E. licensure
- Proficiency in technical software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling tools
- Strong interest in professional development and client engagement
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and time management skills
