Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to lead client engagement and business development efforts in the industrial water and wastewater sector. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in engineering, consulting, or project delivery who is passionate about helping industrial clients solve complex water-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business development initiatives and manage client relationships across multiple industrial sectors.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities in water and wastewater treatment, reuse, and compliance.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and grow key accounts.
Stay informed on emerging technologies and regulatory trends to provide innovative solutions.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align business goals with client needs and project outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
At least 12 years of experience in industrial water/wastewater, engineering, or environmental consulting.
Willingness to travel domestically based on project and client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record in business development or client services within sectors such as manufacturing, food and beverage, energy, chemicals, or high-tech.
Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems, wastewater reuse, and regulatory compliance.
Background in engineering or environmental sciences preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
