The Director of Partnerships will be responsible for...
- Direct and execute strategic plans for the Member Relations function, covering both existing and new member engagement, while ensuring all initiatives reflect the organization's mission and values.
- Manage the creation and roll out of budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans for Member Relations programs, and monitor performance against established KPIs.
- Produce clear, timely reports for internal teams and external stakeholders to showcase the impact and success of member relations efforts.
- Lead the Member Advisory Committee by fostering active participation and organizing biannual meetings along with an annual field visit.
- Coordinate new member on-boarding and orientation in partnership with the Marketing team.
The Director of Partnerships should have the following qualifications...
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, sustainability, or related discipline preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales or account management, including 5+ years successfully leading a team with a proven record of value-driven leadership and building high-performing, integrity-focused teams.
- Background in the energy sector, business program management, contracting, and account management; familiarity with energy commodities is a plus.
- Advanced consultative selling skills with recent experience managing and closing complex sales cycles for large corporations or nonprofits with operating budgets of $7 billion or more.
