Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concept through construction and post-occupancy.
- Provide technical oversight and quality assurance to ensure compliance with project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationship development.
- Mentor and support the growth of junior engineers and project team members.
- Collaborate with regional and practice leaders to support strategic business development and client planning.
- Contribute to proposals, project pursuits, and client account strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an electrical emphasis.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on building systems and infrastructure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving project scopes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Autodesk Revit and related BIM software.
- Background in business development or mechanical contracting.
- Familiarity with fire suppression, plumbing systems, and PLC control systems.
