About the Opportunity

I'm currently partnering with a leading electrical subcontracting client that operates across the Southeast and South‑Central U.S. Since 2006, they've built a reputation for delivering high‑quality electrical work, strong customer service, and consistent, year‑over‑year growth.

They are now expanding their leadership presence in Dallas, Texas, and are seeking a highly experienced General Superintendent to oversee multiple projects in the region.


About the Role

This position is ideal for a seasoned electrical construction leader who knows how to run large, complex projects while keeping teams aligned, productive, and safe. You've worked on fast‑paced job sites, managed large crews, and know how to lead from the front.

As the General Superintendent, you'll oversee all field operations across multiple active projects in the Dallas market. You'll mentor superintendents and foremen, ensure quality and schedule performance, and make sure teams have the resources and direction needed to deliver top‑tier work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead field operations across multiple electrical construction projects in the Dallas region from mobilization to closeout
  • Mentor and supervise superintendents and foremen - building strong, effective field teams
  • Ensure job site safety, quality, productivity, and full compliance with NEC codes and project specifications
  • Partner with project managers, engineers, and clients on manpower planning, scheduling, and material coordination
  • Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot field challenges, and keep projects on schedule
  • Champion a culture of safety and ensure all teams follow established safety protocols
  • Provide accurate field reporting and assist with project documentation
  • Represent the company with professionalism, accountability, and integrity on every job site

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of electrical construction experience
  • Proven success as a superintendent or general superintendent on large‑scale electrical projects
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC requirements, installation practices, and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills - respected by crews and clients alike
  • Experience leading large teams across multiple job sites
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction schedules
  • A commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement
