Position Overview
This role sits at the core of the product, transforming global regulations and standards into high-quality, actionable ESG intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and integrate global supply chain regulations (CSRD, CSDDD, Modern Slavery Acts) into ESG evaluation logic
- Design and refine assessment frameworks based on GRI, SASB, ISSB and other global standards
- Review and score supplier disclosures, ensuring objectivity and analytical rigor
- Produce ESG thought leadership content and support sales/CS knowledge enablement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, compliance, or risk management
- Strong understanding of frameworks such as RBA (VAP), Sedex (SMETA), EcoVadis
- Ability to analyze global regulations and primary English sources independently
- Excellent structuring and documentation skills
Preferred Background
- Experience at ESG rating agencies, consultancies, audit firms, or think tanks
- Supply chain management or on-site audit experience
- Involvement in SaaS product development or data-driven decision-making
- Business-level English proficiency
