About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Experiential Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for live events, immersive brand experiences, and forging meaningful client relationships. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client partnerships, and driving revenue growth through innovative experiential solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across entertainment, tech, lifestyle, and consumer brands.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners to understand their goals and deliver tailored experiential solutions.
- Pitch Development: Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the live events and experiential space.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, pipeline management, and effective negotiation.
- Event Strategy: Contribute to the strategic vision of events, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand storytelling.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client services within live events, experiential marketing, or related industries.
- Proven track record of securing high-value partnerships and closing deals.
- Deep understanding of the experiential landscape, including pop-ups, brand activations, festivals, and immersive experiences.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Existing network within entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer brand sectors is a plus.
