Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the San Antonio geotechnical branch, including technical operations, staff oversight, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives within the San Antonio market, including business development, client relationship expansion, and identification of new market opportunities.
- Mentor, develop, and grow a high-performing technical team-supporting recruitment, training, and long-term staff development.

Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain in Texas.
