I'm partnering with a leading engineering consultancy to recruit a skilled Geotechnical Engineer ready to step into a Project Manager role. This position offers the chance to lead technically challenging projects, mentor junior staff, and engage directly with clients on impactful infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead geotechnical investigations, analyses, and reporting for diverse infrastructure projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and client communications.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and safety.
- Prepare and review geotechnical engineering reports, calculations, and construction observation documentation.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex geotechnical challenges.
- Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposal development.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited); Master's in Geotechnical Engineering preferred.
- 3-8 years of geotechnical engineering experience.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT with a clear path to licensure.
- Strong technical proficiency in geotechnical software such as gINT, Slope/W, LPILE, Shaft, or similar.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles across related disciplines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
