Health & Safety Consultant
A well-established environmental consulting firm is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Consultant to support a major client in the food and beverage manufacturing sector. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact by promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine safety inspections of personnel and equipment within a manufacturing facility.
- Engage with plant staff to promote and model a strong safety culture.
- Collaborate with site leadership to align with safety goals and initiatives.
- Support the client's objective of achieving zero workplace injuries.
- Collect, analyze, and present safety data in clear, actionable reports.
- Prepare concise technical documentation summarizing findings and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Biology, or a related field. An Associate's degree with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial safety or a related field preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Physical Requirements:
This role may involve physical activities such as climbing, kneeling, crouching, and exposure to varying environmental conditions (e.g., temperature extremes, noise, moving machinery, and chemicals). Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and training will be provided.
Annual base salary in this role will be between $71,000-$86,000 based on experience, education/training, and does not include bonuses, overtime, and other compensation.
