Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing interiors across a range of project types and will be passionate about delivering thoughtful, innovative solutions that align with client goals and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts and translate them into compelling spatial solutions.
- Select and specify FF&E, materials, finishes, and lighting appropriate to each project type.
- Produce design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Prepare construction documents and coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and construction administration.
- Stay current with trends in workplace, healthcare, educational, and commercial interiors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in interior design (NCIDQ certification a plus).
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools (SketchUp, Enscape, etc.).
- Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of interior environments.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, ADA, and sustainability standards.
