Key Responsibilities:

The Licensed Architect will be responsible for…

  • Lead design and planning of architectural projects from concept to completion
  • Oversee the preparation of architectural designs, drawings and models, and specifications
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, budget, and functional requirements and translate these into feasible architectural solutions
  • Supervise and mentor junior architects, providing guidance on design, technical details, and project management
  • Review and stamp off on design documents
  • Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies

Key Qualifications:

The Licensed Architect should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in architecture from an accredited institution
  • Licensed Architect in California
  • 5-10+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
  • Experience with K-12 , and DSA
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)
