Key Responsibilities:
The Licensed Architect will be responsible for…
- Lead design and planning of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Oversee the preparation of architectural designs, drawings and models, and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, budget, and functional requirements and translate these into feasible architectural solutions
- Supervise and mentor junior architects, providing guidance on design, technical details, and project management
- Review and stamp off on design documents
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
Key Qualifications:
The Licensed Architect should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's in architecture from an accredited institution
- Licensed Architect in California
- 5-10+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Experience with K-12 , and DSA
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)
