MEP Manager
We are working with a leading general contractor delivering large-scale data center projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced MEP Manager to join their team in Maryland.
This is a key position driving the delivery of complex, fast-paced data center builds, working alongside high-performing project teams and top-tier clients.
The Role:
- Lead all MEP coordination, installation, and commissioning activities across data center projects
- Manage subcontractors across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes
- Drive programme, quality, and safety across all MEP packages
- Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and client stakeholders
- Oversee commissioning and handover processes to ensure smooth project delivery
What They're Looking For:
- 7+ years' experience within MEP construction, ideally with a general contractor
- Strong data center project experience preferred (mission critical highly valued)
- Proven ability to manage MEP trades on large, complex builds
- Solid understanding of scheduling, procurement, and commissioning processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
