About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager with a proven track record in data center construction to oversee large-scale projects in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires a strong mechanical or electrical background and the ability to manage projects exceeding $100M in new construction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to drive success on some of the most challenging and rewarding projects in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all MEP aspects of large-scale data center construction projects.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and budget targets.
- Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in MEP project management, with a focus on data center construction.
- Proven experience managing $100M+ new construction projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Local to Phoenix or willing to travel and work on-site, with flexibility to work from home when required.
