An industry-leading electrical contractor is seeking a proven Electrical Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale mission critical and hyperscale data center projects across the Midwest.
This opportunity is suited to experienced project leaders who thrive in complex construction environments and want to play a pivotal role in delivering critical infrastructure for some of the world's most advanced facilities.
Working within a high-performing project delivery team, you will take ownership of major electrical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover, overseeing all aspects of project execution, financial performance, client relationships, and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of electrical construction projects from award through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, profitability, and commercial performance.
- Develop and maintain project schedules while ensuring key milestones are achieved.
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and project resources.
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, commissioning teams, and project stakeholders.
- Review contract documents, specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
- Drive project safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Electrical Project Management experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Direct experience working for an electrical contractor.
- Proven ability to manage project financials, schedules, manpower planning, and procurement activities.
- Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure construction including:
- Low Voltage Electrical Systems (120V-600V)
- Medium Voltage Distribution Systems
- Conduit & Raceway Installations
- Cable Tray Systems
- Grounding & Bonding Systems
- Underground Electrical Infrastructure
- Medium Voltage Terminations
- Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within fast-paced construction environments.

- Hyperscale Data Center construction.

- Electrical trade background.
- Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related technical education.
