Role Summary:
As a Pre-Sales Technical Expert, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical solutions and customer needs. You will work closely with the commercial team to provide technical expertise, support product demonstrations, and ensure the successful positioning of our power systems solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the commercial team to understand client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Provide technical input during proposal development, including system design, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Support the sales cycle by addressing technical queries and ensuring alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.
- Liaise with engineering and product teams to stay updated on the latest technologies and solutions.
- Assist in preparing documentation, including technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution briefs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project handovers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of power systems, grid integration, and energy technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in Tokyo or willing to relocate.
