We are seeking a Principal Geologist to lead environmental remediation projects, ensuring responsible resource management and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

- Lead environmental remediation efforts by assessing geological conditions, hydrogeology, and contamination sources.

- Design and oversee site investigations, including groundwater and soil assessments, to develop remediation strategies.

- Provide technical expertise on geochemical processes affecting contaminant migration and cleanup efficiency.

- Develop and implement remediation plans that align with environmental regulations and industry best practices.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, regulators, and environmental scientists, to optimize remediation outcomes.

- Conduct risk assessments and model contaminant transport to support regulatory reporting and project approvals.

- Mentor and support junior geologists and project teams in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

Qualifications

- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Geology, Environmental Science, Hydrogeology, or a related field.

- Extensive experience in environmental remediation, hydrogeological assessments, and contaminated site investigations.

- Proficiency in environmental modeling software, GIS applications, and data visualization tools.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations and remediation standards.
