The Role
We are seeking a Licensed Project Architect with a passion for design excellence and a proven track record of managing diverse architectural projects from concept through construction. This is a key leadership role that requires strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and documentation for a variety of project types.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external consultants.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio environment.
Qualifications
- Architecture license (required).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 7+ years of professional experience with a strong portfolio of diverse project types.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
