Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Project Architect with over seven years of professional experience to lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong design sensibilities, technical expertise, and project management skills, and will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring design excellence, and maintaining compliance with building codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and documentation for a variety of project types.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across all phases (SD, DD, CD, CA).
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee and review construction documents for accuracy and code compliance.
- Conduct site visits and manage construction administration tasks.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal building codes and standards.
- Utilize BIM software (e.g., Revit) and other design tools to produce high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
