The Role
As a Project Manager, you'll lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring profitability, risk management, and client satisfaction. You'll coordinate design teams, manage timelines, and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee site design and permitting processes (including NPDES for PA projects).
- Manage project budgets, contracts, and invoicing.
- Lead client communications and set realistic expectations.
- Coordinate a design team (4-8 members) and construction-phase services.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and QA/QC procedures.
Position Standards:
- Maintain 15% minimum project profitability annually.
- Achieve 65% billable time average.
- Hold professional licensure in PA or NJ.
