Role Overview:
The company is seeking a Senior Engineer / Project Manager to lead and oversee at least three concurrent inspection, restoration, or building envelope projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering teams across multiple restoration and inspection projects.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve project challenges.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Spanish language proficiency is a strong plus.
- Experience in building envelope, concrete restoration, or structural inspections preferred.
