Project Manager
- Providing clear, consistent project updates to clients and leadership
- Managing budgets, cost projections, change orders, and financial reporting
- Coordinating project meetings across internal departments
- Ensuring project scope, timeline, and direction stay aligned
- Supporting and mentoring Project Engineers
- Delegating tasks and offering performance feedback
- Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring high‑quality project execution
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant hands on experience
- At least 3 years of project management experience
- Ability to lead and motivate small teams
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication; written, verbal, and presentation
- Solid financial and analytical skills
- Experience working with subcontractors
- Proficiency in technical tools such as CADD, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
