Key responsibilities of the Sr. Construction Project Manager include:
- Manage retail construction projects from initiation through store turnover.
- Oversee interior buildouts and renovations.
- Coordinate work in active, open stores, including occasional night work.
- Ensure projects meet strict deadlines with high accuracy.
- Maintain constant communication with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and leadership.
- Travel as needed for project kickoff and close-out.
Key requirements of the Sr. Construction Project Manager include:
- Strong retail renovations construction experience.
- Experience working for a general contractor.
- A track record of demonstrating longevity in previous companies.
- Experience across both small and large retail stores, working on projects ranging from $5-15m.
