The Opportunity
As our Sales Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our national expansion. You'll work closely with leadership to shape and execute a strategic sales plan, build new client relationships, and grow existing accounts. This is a high-impact role with the autonomy to make a real difference in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy to expand our client base across the US
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in law firms, corporate legal departments, and government agencies
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of sales experience, ideally in eDiscovery, digital forensics, legal tech, or professional services
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong network within the legal or corporate investigations space
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Willingness to travel as needed
