What You'll Do
- Lead groundwater monitoring and remediation projects at industrial sites
- Manage soil gas and indoor air investigations
- Work with state agencies to refine and optimize monitoring programs
- Plan, budget, schedule, and deliver projects from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors, purchase orders, and vendor invoices
- Mentor and guide technical staff while allocating resources effectively
- Develop work plans and health & safety documentation
- Coordinate with regulators, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Conduct or oversee fieldwork-sampling, mapping, reconnaissance, and more
- Lead field teams during remediation construction
- Maintain top‑tier health & safety practices across all project activities
- Review and interpret environmental data for regulatory compliance
- Prepare reports supporting investigation, cleanup, and site closure
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree in geology, engineering, or a related field (professional registration is a plus)
- 10+ years of project management experience
- Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills
- Detail‑oriented and great at managing deadlines and budgets
- Enjoy supporting and mentoring junior staff
- Knowledge of health & safety best practices
