What You'll Be Doing
Leading and delivering aquatic ecology projects, from proposal to reporting
Conducting fieldwork, data analysis, and species-level taxonomy (particularly aquatic invertebrates)
Working closely with clients across the Pilbara and Kimberley regions
Supporting business development and contributing to thought leadership
Collaborating with an experienced team who truly enjoy what they do
What They're Looking For
5+ years of experience in ecological consulting, ideally with a focus on aquatic environments
Strong identification skills in aquatic invertebrates and familiarity with WA ecosystems
Confidence managing projects, clients, and technical deliverables
Exposure to resources or infrastructure sectors in northern WA is highly desirable
Passion for science-led work and working in a close-knit, values-led team
