Senior Architect

We're partnering with a design-driven architecture studio recognized for creating distinctive places across the hospitality, residential, and mixed-use sectors. Their portfolio includes luxury resorts, boutique hotels, branded residential communities, multifamily developments, high-end custom homes, and destination-oriented mixed-use environments throughout the US and other countries. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team that values design excellence, client relationships, and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of hospitality, resort residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and luxury custom residential projects from concept through construction.
  • Direct project teams through all phases of design, documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration.
  • Manage project schedules, staffing plans, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Develop creative and technically sound design solutions that respond to complex project goals.
  • Coordinate closely with owners, operators, consultants, and internal team members.
  • Contribute to project pursuits, client presentations, and business development initiatives.
  • Mentor and support architects and designers across the studio.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of architecture experience with significant project leadership responsibility.
  • CA-Licensed Architect.
  • Experience leading projects such as luxury hotels, boutique hospitality developments, resort communities, multifamily housing, mixed-use developments, private residential estates, or other design-focused residential environments.
  • Strong Revit proficiency and experience producing and coordinating construction documents.
  • Deep understanding of building codes, construction systems, and project delivery processes.
  • Proven ability to manage project teams while maintaining strong client and consultant relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Rendering, visualization, and design software expertise is a plus.
