A progressive civil engineering firm in Bellingham is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead diverse infrastructure and land development projects across the Pacific Northwest. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact work in a collaborative, flexible, and growth-oriented environment.
As Project Manager, you'll oversee project lifecycles from concept through completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. You'll coordinate with engineers, clients, and regulatory agencies, balancing technical oversight with strategic planning.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil project management
- Experience with private development projects is essential
- Washington State PE license or the ability to obtain in 6 months
- Valid Washington driver's license and clean driving record required for travel to project sites and client meetings
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead civil engineering projects including site development and stormwater systems
- Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables
- Mentor junior staff and foster team collaboration
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure responsive communication
