Job Title: Senior Land Development Project Manager

Location: Oklahoma City or Tulsa

Years of experience: Minimum of 10 Years of Experience.

Base Salary: $150,000-$210,000k

Position Overview:

LVI is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Land Development Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Oklahoma City or Tulsa office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in land development, project management, and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of land development projects from initial concept through design, permitting, and construction. This is a leadership position requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large-scale, complex development projects.

Requirements:

  • Professional Engineer License in the state of Oklahoma
  • BSc in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in land development - residential, commercial, mixed-use, or industrial development.
  • Strong understanding of land development processes, including permitting, zoning, site planning, and infrastructure design.
  • Experience in grading, site design, roadway design, sewer systems, stormwater management, erosion control, sediment control, and Civil 3D.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals.

Brief Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications.
  • Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and environmental assessments to determine land use potential and identify any project challenges or opportunities.
  • Develop, manage, and track project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Mentor and supervise junior project managers, engineers, and other team members, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
