The Company
Our client is a specialist medical equipment planning consultancy with a history stretching back to the founding days of the industry. They have been delivering high-quality planning services across acute care, ambulatory care, and speciality healthcare projects for decades, building a portfolio that spans hundreds of completed projects across the country. Despite their depth of experience, they have deliberately stayed true to their roots as a close-knit, people-first consultancy. This is not a large corporate environment. It is a team where individuals are known, valued, and trusted to make a genuine contribution.
The Role
This is a senior-level position for an experienced medical equipment planner who is ready to take ownership of projects and bring real expertise to a team that values quality and collaboration in equal measure. The bulk of the project work is based in California and Colorado, and candidates must be located within the Western or Central US to be considered.
You will lead the planning process across complex healthcare construction and renovation projects, working directly with healthcare owners, architects, and construction teams to ensure medical equipment is specified, coordinated, and delivered effectively. As a senior member of a smaller consultancy, your voice carries weight. You will not be one of many, you will be a key part of the team shaping how projects are delivered.

Why Join
This is a rare opportunity to join a consultancy that has been at the forefront of medical equipment planning since the industry began, while still offering the feel of a close, supportive team. In a larger firm, a senior planner can easily become invisible. Here, your experience and judgement will be noticed, relied upon, and appreciated. You will work on meaningful, complex projects in California and Colorado, have genuine autonomy over your work, and be part of a culture that puts people first. For a senior planner looking for somewhere they can lead, contribute, and actually enjoy where they work, this stands out.
