Job Overview:

Our flexible work options are designed to accommodate your needs outside of work. We are seeking experienced Electrical Engineers (Power Systems Analysis) for multiple positions. Some roles may require U.S. Citizenship for specific projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and review power system analysis tasks and projects.
Serve as a technical expert, offering guidance for design, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on complex technical matters.
Independently lead tasks and projects as an electrical lead or project manager.
Support business development with technical expertise.
Mentor and provide leadership to junior team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
7 years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for a degree).
Willingness to travel domestically or internationally based on project needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with power systems for water, wastewater, industrial, federal, or transit facilities.
Familiarity with industry codes and standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA, IEEE).
Published in technical journals or industry publications.
Expertise in distributed generation, alternative energy, and microgrid systems.
Proficiency in SKM Power*Tools, ETAP, and other analysis software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Travel Requirements:
Approximately 5%.
Skills and Abilities:
Advanced knowledge of CAD software.
Strong understanding of engineering design principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to clearly communicate complex concepts.
