Overview
We're working with a confidential client-an international leader in digital infrastructure development-on a key hire for their global delivery team. With a strong presence across North America, Europe, and LATAM, this organization is scaling rapidly and delivering some of the most complex and high-value technical facilities in the world.
They are now seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the execution of multiple large-scale construction programs, each valued at over $300 million. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep experience in mission-critical environments and a passion for delivering excellence in fast-paced, high-stakes settings.
Key Focus Areas
- Lead the full lifecycle of major construction programs, ensuring alignment with safety, cost, timeline, and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and technical consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project controls, MEP systems, and third-party validation processes.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure constructability and compliance from concept through commissioning.
- Drive procurement strategies, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain rigorous documentation and reporting standards across all phases.
- Implement change control and risk mitigation strategies to protect project outcomes.
- Ensure all installations meet design intent and regulatory standards.
- Represent the organization in executive briefings and client-facing engagements.
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related technical discipline.
- 15+ years in construction leadership roles, with at least 10 years in high-tech or critical infrastructure builds.
- Proven experience managing complex, high-value projects in urban or logistically challenging environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in project scheduling and reporting tools (Primavera, MS Project, Excel, etc.).
- Familiarity with a range of contract structures and international delivery models.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with lean methodologies or sustainability frameworks (e.g., LEED, WELL).
- Background in commissioning and QA/QC for technical systems.
- Multi-site or international project experience.
