The Senior Structural Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Participate as a key member of a project team in the design and development of various projects.
- Design and analyze structural systems for commercial and residential buildings.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks across multiple disciplines and attend regular project meetings.
- Collaborate with senior staff to develop project budgets and fee proposals.
- Review shop drawings, perform field inspections, and manage the construction administration process.
- Demonstrate expertise in all phases of project development.
- Conduct quality reviews of engineering plans to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Deliver high-quality project outcomes and review work performed by others.
- Manage project scoping, team assembly, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
- Build and maintain client relationships to support business growth.
- Contribute to the overall profitability and financial performance of projects.
- Oversee staff deliverables and production to ensure compliance with client, legal, and company requirements.
The Senior Structural Project Manager should have the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Structural Engineering or related field
- Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Obtained relevant licensing: PE
- Familiarity with various materials including: Light gauge and structural steel, wood framing, masonry, concrete, and deep foundation systems
