  • Oversee procurement sequencing for long-lead equipment and logistics; coordinate FAT/SAT and warranty administration.
  • Direct construction activities and enforce safety and quality standards.
  • Oversee commissioning, performance testing, and turnover to operations.
  • Serve as primary contact for clients, utilities, AHJs, and other stakeholders; provide executive-level reporting.
  • Mentor junior PMs and contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8-12+ years in utility-scale renewable energy project management, including 3-5+ years delivering BESS and large-scale PV projects.
  • Proven success taking projects from NTP to COD on schedule and budget.

  • Familiarity with interconnection processes and grid compliance.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project; advanced Excel; experience with Procore and document control systems.
  • OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain); PMP preferred.

Desired Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience across multiple ISOs/RTOs (e.g., PJM, ERCOT, CAISO).
  • Familiarity with cost control tools and CAD software.

Travel

~25-40% to project sites and vendor facilities as required.
