    • Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events.
  • Project Management

    • Manage assigned transmission, substation, and distribution projects.
    • Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize resources and resolve challenges.
  • Strategic Growth

    • Identify regional opportunities and align them with company capabilities.
    • Provide market insights and contribute to long-term growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • 8+ years in project management within power delivery (transmission, substation, distribution).
    • Demonstrated success managing utility projects and client relationships.
    • Established connections with Eversource, Avangrid, National Grid, or other Northeast utilities strongly preferred.
  • Certifications:

    • PMP preferred but not required.
  • Skills:

    • Strong business development and client engagement capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to travel within the Northeast (Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, CT, MA, NH).
