A global Employee-Owned firm is hiring a Senior Project Manager on the Tolling side to join an established Transportation West Group. This is a high-impact role leading complex tolling and revenue studies across California and the Western U.S., while playing a key part in client engagement and business growth.

What You'll Do
- Lead and deliver traffic & revenue studies from early-stage analysis through investment grade
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget across multiple transportation projects
- Develop project assumptions, tolling strategies, and revenue scenarios
- Serve as a key point of contact with toll authorities and transportation clients
- Support and lead business development efforts, including proposal development and client meetings
- Collaborate with leadership on RFP responses and strategic pursuits
- Oversee and mentor junior engineers and planners
- Perform QA/QC on project deliverables to ensure technical excellence
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client engagements
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in traffic & revenue or transportation consulting
- Proven track record managing T&R studies for public-sector clients
- Strong experience with project management, client interaction, and technical delivery
- Bachelor's degree (Transportation, Civil Engineering, Planning, or related field preferred)
- Ability to obtain PMP, CCM, or DBIA certification within 12 months
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in transportation engineering or planning
- Professional certifications such as PE, AICP, or PTP
- Experience supporting tolling agencies or revenue forecasting projects
