Job Responsibilities
The Asset Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the performance and strategic direction of a portfolio of real estate assets. This position requires a proactive, analytical, and commercially minded individual who can drive value creation across the asset lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Asset Planning:
    Develop and implement comprehensive asset management plans tailored to each property, aligning with the company's investment objectives and market conditions.

  • Financial Oversight:
    Monitor and analyze asset-level financial performance, including income statements, cash flow forecasts, and capital expenditure budgets. Identify variances and recommend corrective actions to optimize returns.

  • Value Enhancement Initiatives:
    Identify and execute strategies to enhance asset value, such as repositioning, redevelopment, lease restructuring, and operational improvements.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal teams (investment, finance, legal) and external partners (property managers, leasing agents, consultants) to ensure seamless execution of asset strategies.

  • Leasing and Tenant Management:
    Support leasing efforts by analyzing market trends, negotiating lease terms, and maintaining strong tenant relationships to ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

  • Reporting and Presentations:
    Prepare detailed asset performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, investors, and joint venture partners.

  • Market Intelligence:
    Conduct ongoing market research and competitive benchmarking to inform asset strategies and identify emerging risks and opportunities.

  • Transaction Support:
    Assist in acquisition and divestment processes, including due diligence, financial modeling, and transition planning.
