A renewable energy company with operations across Asia is seeking a Development Supervisor to lead the early-stage development of utility-scale solar projects in Japan.

Key Responsibilities
主な業務内容
- Conduct site assessments, including environmental, technical, and grid feasibility studies.
- 環境、技術、系統接続の実現可能性を含むサイト調査の実施
- Develop project proposals, schedules, and development strategies.
- プロジェクト提案書、スケジュール、開発戦略の策定
- Negotiate with landowners to secure land through lease or purchase agreements.
- 土地所有者と交渉し、賃貸または購入契約を締結
- Engage with local communities and explain project plans to gain support.
- 地域住民や自治体にプロジェクトを説明し、理解と協力を得る
- Coordinate with local and national authorities to obtain necessary permits.
- 地方自治体および国の関係機関と連携し、必要な許認可を取得
- Manage subcontractors for surveys, permitting, and technical studies.
- 測量、許認可、技術調査に関する協力会社の管理
- Oversee project budgets and financial modeling.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical and regulatory compliance.

- Drive projects to Ready-to-Build (RTB) status within the plannedtimeline.

Requirements
応募資格
- Native-level Japanese; English proficiency is a plus.
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：尚可
- Valid driver's license.
- 普通自動車運転免許を保有していること
- 4-5 years of experience in project development, preferably in solar energy.

- Knowledge of permitting, environmental assessments, and grid interconnection.
